How HeyCosts helps you plan
Explore the guides, use your own numbers and prepare better questions for providers.
More clarity with Cody Costs1. Start with the cost you want to understand
Choose a monthly bill, insurance question, money topic or home project. Each guide breaks down the main cost drivers, options and questions worth asking. Use the information to prepare rather than treating it as a personalized offer.
2. Put your own numbers in the picture
The cost check adds the monthly amounts you enter and shows an annual total. It includes only those entries. Irregular spending, costs you leave blank and future price changes are not added automatically.
The comparison tool calculates twelve months of your current amount and twelve months of an alternative amount plus its one-time cost. It shows the arithmetic difference. It does not verify that the two products have equivalent coverage or terms.
3. Ask for complete information
Use the checklist on a topic page to collect matching details from providers. U.S. availability, rules and prices can vary by state, service territory and address. For a home project, define the materials and installation scope in writing.
4. Decide with the provider
HeyCosts does not currently provide live offer feeds, submit applications or sign contracts. Get current pricing and final documents directly from the provider. For questions that depend on your financial, insurance, tax or legal circumstances, use an appropriately qualified professional.
